Upper back ache, neck pain with dizzines
I've been having upper back ache along the spine till the neck and I am having dizziness. The lower back pain in less. I went for MRI on suggestion of a doctor. The report says disc bulges in few areas and minimal dextroscoliosis. The doctor suggested physiotherapy. Writing here for second opinion. Personal details for body type: I swim and workout 5 days a week. Height 177 CMS, Weight 71kgs. Please suggest on this and also please suggest if I can continue working out.

As per your Description, your physician has suggested perfectly. Focus on strengthening your back muscles and continue with physiotherapy. Dont workout till your pain is completely relieved.
