Upper abdominal pain(Both side,more on r

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have fatty liver 16cm, stone in kideny (2-4 mm) ,overweight 93 kg and in LFT alkaline phasphaste is 182. My problem is upper abdominal pain(Both side,more on right).What can be its cause of this pain. i am non-alcoholic, no smocking, vegitarian. Pain is from 3 months. Pain is more while I am sleeping or changing side.
