Up and down of fever
I am suffering from fever from the past 4-5 days sometimes it goes 100°c and after 2,3 hours it will again drop into 99°c then i went out for widal test and here is myreport which is as follows S typhii 'o'-1/20(+),1/40(+),1/80(+),1/160(-),1/320(-) S typhii 'h'-1/20(+),1/40(+),1/80(+),1/160(-),1/320(-) Am i suffering from thypoid?

Widal test doesn't catch up typhoid fever in first week.  It's not that sensitive. You may have low-grade viral fever based on your symptoms and widal test report.
Next Steps
You just take tab. PCM 650 Mg SOS for fever / bodyache. if fever still persists I. e.  >100•F Go for these tests CBC ESR Tyhidot IgM
Health Tips
Take lots of oral fluids and if any other symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea or high grade fever >102•F. seek for medical advise asap
