You must immediately talk to your psychiatrist and convey to him your suicidal thoughts. There are behavioural techniques which help to get rid of such thoughts for short time .

The best treatment recommended for OCD and anxiety is a combination of medications and Behaviour therapy. In your case you may require more than one medications to control the symptoms. Please consult a Psychiatrist for detailed history evaluation and treatment.
Next Steps
In the meantime avoid the triggers that cause these negative thoughts. Ask someone else in the family to remove than phenyl bottle from the toilet and keep it somewhere else that you don’t know. Same for other triggers.

So you seems to have Aggressive obsessions as part of your OCD. Please mention other obsessive symptoms too. There is high evidence for SSRIs in OCD but has to be treated both Pharmacologically and Behaviour technique named as ERP. Sertraline, Fluoxetine works better for OCD. Paroxetine has lot of anticholinergic side effects so we prefer that option late.
Next Steps
Consult your psychiatrist again as it takes little more time to settle your symptoms
Health Tips
Do breathing exercises and other physical activity too. Make sure that your sleep is adequate
