Unwanted pregnancy

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Me and my girlfriend had protected sex but when i took off my penis i saw white fluid on her vagina. I made sure that the condom was broken or not, and it wasn't. I even filled water in it to check if there were any tiny holes in it but there weren't any. It has been more than 7 days that she had her periods. Should we go for emergency contraception (unwanted 72).? Is it safe to have even when in doubt?

U cannot have contraceptive pills that late, as of now u need to first confirm for pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test and get back to us for further advice on this.
