Unknown lump/swelling
Hello. I am a woman of 48 years of age. A few week's back I fell on my back. I had pain in my lower back for quite a while. But now the pain is gone. But today I noticed a small lump/swelling inside my left butt cheek. It does not hurt when I touch it but I am sure I did not have it before. It is hard not unlike a bone. What could it be? Thank you.
