What is your take on Vitamin C 1000mg pills for skin discoloration? I have uneven skin tone - skin surrounding the mouth area is dark. Its like a circle around my lips and i have a dark forehead. I was suggested Vitamin C pills for this by someone who had discoloration too. My menstruation is on time and i also wear sun screen religiously and i am a little low on water(working on that).

Hi we use vit c 1000 mg along with oral glutathione. Alone it does not give very good results. Since you are already using a sunscreen you need to use a non steroidal skin lightening cream under supervision. Pls visit a dermatologist near you. Regards
