Undiagnosed chronic pain
I have abdominal pain and distension from nearly 4 years... Recently i have undergona a colonoscopy in my hometown by dm gastro. It is showing multiple discreet ulcers in terminal ileum caecum and ic valve.... The doctor is saying it is tuberculosis.. But after taking anti tubercular med for 10 days... I developed severe dizziness.... So we went to another big gastro doctor in delhi.. He repeated colonoscopy and he is not in favour of. Tb... He has given me mesalazine granules but i m getting no relief... Pks help
