Hi mam - welcome -I understand your concern. You need best quality protein with calcium, 1. Drink plenty of water 2.high quality protein foods based meals like fish/eggs 2 pcs /chicken 100gm 3-4 days mainly at lunch or sometimes dinner. 3. Fish 100gm at leats must daily ,apart from soya, greens, spinach, leafy vegetables, dairy all like Milk up to 500ml diveded by two times (as possible) , or that part of chana/yogurts & 100gm Curd must. 4. 2-3PCS of fruits like papaya, guava , berries, mainly 2 pcs banana or their shakes, salad, 5.Avoid all fast, junk, fried foods but have separate cook & make all home made to get better high calorei 2400-2800kcal /day diet Lastly if try to sleep 8 hours or more to get mental stress free or relaxed. 6. Do not have too much physical stress or activities but one place home based works & children nursing as you are a nursing mother. There are more issues we can discuss .But keep these points are in your mind.

try to eat skinned out boiled chicken 1-2 pieces twice a week, fish curry not fish fry as it is rich in vitamins, eat fresh raw sprouts everyday twice, include berries and fresh fruits like avocado, pears, apples, citrus fruits all this things are rich in fibres and vitamins.... Your morning diet should include whole egg and a glass of milk, try to repeat this in the evening also....include green leafy vegetables in your diet. Milk products like chesse, panner etc and meat can help you gain weight but since they contribute more towards fat and based on the history you have given, you need proteins instead of fat to build your body mass so avoid it. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Do daily brisk walking, cycling for 5-6kms,yoga and meditation....if possible go for a trekking or join some rock climbing classes if such a facility is available in your place and do it on a regular basis which will help you in developing stamina....Consult dietitian they will do the needful.
