Underweight

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been eating pretty much since my teenages but I am unable to gain weight. I am still skiny. My weight is 45kg and height is pertty much more then 5 foot. I feel very weak due to this. What to do? Can any supplyment help me out? Or can any good diet plan may help me out? If so kindly suggest.

You need a balanced diet including dal & dal products, fish, egg, plenty of vegetables, milk and milk products, plenty of fruits, nuts & sprouts etc.
