Sometimes one can be intolerant to lactose for which we need to avoid milk products. However for some people curd suits well and can be included. Also, some people are allergic to gluten which is in wheat-based products like poori, chapati etc.So you can avoid those products too. Even breads and biscuits can be allergic to a few. You can instead eat more rice based items, include a lot of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beans etc. Do not miss eating at least 2-3 types of fruits every day. This will help you to fight any infections. Include 2 tsp of ghee regularly and 5-6 nuts daily. Eat more of pulses like channa, green peas, rajmah etc and restrict junk and oily foods.
Next Steps
It would be good if you notice what food triggers exactly and make a note and avoid them slowly. After 3 months you can try to reintroduce to see if it still continues.
Health Tips
Also, do not forget to drink at least 2-3 liters of water daily.
