I have seen mixed reviews on line is it best to be gluten free with a under active thyroid? i have had a under active thyroid for 15 years and my health is not great.

Well it would have been better if you would have elaborated about the problems you are facing and also attached the reports you are having...its very difficult to analyse your situation like this...I would suggest you to meet a physician with all the reports...thank you
