Uncontrolled blood sugar
Earlier I used to take Dynaglipt 20. But my fasting BS used to be 140. My doctor added Volix M morning and evening along with Dynaglipt 20 in evening. But my fasting BS is now 150 and after meals 187 to 246. I also follow strict diet. Kindly advise.

You need a further dose increase. Suggest getting a hba1c test. I would suggest dynaglipt m 20/1000 instead of dynaglipt. This should be done only after consultation with your doctor
