I am thinking all the time, my mind never stops thinking. Am scared now. I hardly sleeps at night may be only 4 hr of sleep. And I am scared all the time. What should i do? should i consult a psychiatrists? Or it is normal?

Hello there we understand your feeling and the type of situation you're in. But we would like to say that these kind if situations are common when you're worrying about something alot. If there something that which is bothering you then you need to sort it out. And then if you do not have any worrying thought then it is time to take a counselling by psychiatrist. Thank you
