I am a female and have been married now from 3 years and we are unable to do sex,, because i am scared of the first time pain. Iguess its vaginusmus. I try my level best to cooperate with my husband and relax everytime we have intercourse but i fail and i tighgthen My gynacologist gave a stick and told me to slowly enter it in my vagina.but failed
