I am 5.4'' and my weight 75, I got backpain, doctors suggested me to reduce my weight
I am following diet , reduced intake of oil, sugar, fastfood.Still not able to reduce my wiehgt.
do I have any dysfunction in my body that are not allowing me to reduce weight - Could you please sugget a proper diet plan to reduce my weight to 10 kg
