Unable to open my skin
I can't open my skin it was fully closed and only for. Urine passing. It will be like tiny hole so it is very paining when passing the urine I can even open that skin so please help me out in this what should I. Have to do further

I think you must be having Phimosis and may require a small minor operation. Please visit an urologist for opinion.
