Different protein sources in vegetarian meals- -soya bean chunks,powder,tofu and soya milk -mushrooms -milk and paneer and paneer water hs whey proteins -rajma,moong,mong dal ,masoor dal,black udal dal -whole chana,chanadal , Sprouts

do good amount of work out and have healthy fruits n protiens to develop muscles and avoid fats  but make it a healthy muscular one
