your body weight should be according to your height.
with your current height and weight ur BMI comes roughly upto 23.4 which is normal.
under 18.5 is considered underweight.
18.5 to 25 is normal.
25 to 30 is overweight and above 30 is obese.
I'm sure you certainly don't want to be on the obese or overweight side.
