Unable to focus feel blury
When I watch any where for a little long distance I feel blur everything. I feel pain in my eyes and stress in my head during watching mobile.many time can't focus on any object. And there is pain in the middle o my head when I pressed it.

This could be due to refractive error
I would recommend you to consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
