Hi.. I guess the cancer has spread to masticatory spaces. Anyway, admit him in a hospital and get a ryle's tube placed.

You can try to give liquids and semi-solids if possible. If he is not even able to do this then you can request the treating doctor to use food pipe.

Hi. The cancer might have involved the maticatory muscles or the infection due to poor oral hygiene might have spread to masticatory space limiting the mouth opening. If it's due to infection it can be improved. But visit a oral surgeon or head n neck surgeon.
