Unable to concieve 2 yrs
Hi
Married for two years. TTC from date of marriage. Period cycle varies from 26 to 28 days. Get brown spots a day prior to actual period. Have baby making activity 2 days 2times in each cycle we have tried 8th and 10th days in couple of cycles. 12th and 14th day in couple of cycles. Had been to a couple of hospitals. Ovarian reserve is 0.89. Doctor prescribed MYDHEA 75 mg a day for three days in June however yet no result. Kindly assist

Ovarian reserve of 0.89 is quite low. If you've taken dhea for 3 months, repeat the amh and antral follicle count on ultrasound.Also check if day 2fsh is high and if there's follicle formation on ultrasound. Have you tried ovulation induction? If there's no follicle with clomiphene/injections, you should consult an ivf specialist and consider donor egg
