I suppose Follicular Study has been done in conjunction with Ovulation Induction using Clomiphene Citrate and/or Hormonal Injns. If that has been the case without any success, it is time for you to move onto the next step of evaluation and management. Have a test done to check if your tubes are patent. If your tubes are open, try a couple of cycles of IUI ;it is likely to help. There is a slim chance that you may require IVF/ICSI. Be patient and destressed and follow the course of treatment religiously;you are likely to achieve your dream of parenthood soon. All the best!!

Hi. As you planned for 1 yr and not getting pregnancy, meet dr. There r 4 steps of testing.  Sperm count and follicular study are 2 steps. Another is to know wheather any infection is in the uterus by doing tb pcr and also to know the tubes r open or not. If everything r normal then try in ovulation times. After that you can try with follicular study followed  by iui  also.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  If everything is normal, then you should just try more and try during the period when you are most fertile. Apart from this you do not need anything. Suppose everything was not fine, even then this matter cannot be treated with just this much of online consultation. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
