Un even skin tone
I have uneven skin tone on my face.. Few places on face Skin is very bright.. And few places it's very dark and black spots.. Also have dry skin on face and some times itching. I also had pink lips even that it's become darker.. I had used kojic and vitamin c cream for face.. I also have sebodermattis on scalp.. Is it because of that I am having the skin problems.. Please suggest
