I am suffering from little pain in my belly button last year on 30 April I gave birth to a baby after that umbilical hernia was detected From past few days my belly button is coming out nd the shape nd size is like Ball please give your valuable suggestions Can I press it to send it back

Does the swelling reduce spontaneously ?? If u dont have vomiting or abdominal distension then the most probable content is omentum which if reducible u can wait at present and if possible share an usg abdomen report to know the size and content...

Get a USG abd pelvis done to check the defect size and contents in the Hernia sack
