Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had back pain and upper abdomen pain. SGPT 69 U/L SGOT 47 U/L ESR 45mm/hr Platelet Count 4.50 lakhs/cumm Total leukocyte count 10500 cells/cumm Ultrasound shows Hypoechoic hepatic parenchyma My ultrasound results are attached. With these blood reports and ultrasound report kindly say what is the problem?
