I am suffering from acidity since 2 yrs. stomach ulcer. constipation problem .fear and anxiety sleep disorders

Avipathikara tab 2 tabs twice daily before food with hot water,cap Stresscom 2 caps twice daily ,Mahashankavati 2 tabs two times daily,

Hello. Ayurved can solve your problem. You need to consult proper Ayurvedic Physician. But for temporary releif Take- Avipathikar Tablet 2-2 Mornin& night with water. Lilavilas ras 2-2 Afternoon & night with water. DahtriLoha 2-2-2 thrice a day with honey.
