Type1 diabetes long duration insulin
Now I am taking human mixtard 30/70 insulin twice a day (morning 20 and evening 15) I want to take once a day, Kindly suggest me long duration insulin, Thanks Devasahayam

You should first reconfirm if you are really having type 1 diabetes. If its confirmed, you should never attempt skipping insulin doses. However, if its not type 1, oral medicines can be tried and insulin can be reduced.
