My male child one year age has arthrotomy surgery of knee joint effected with tuberculosis of knee with hypertrophy of synovial membrane, now doctor suggest physiotherapy but swelling is present without warmth. Doctor suggest turn buckle splint (kafo) where it available? How much time take to recover for walking?
