At the age of 18 i found a tumor on my hard palate...last year i went to visit ENT doctor..and after FNA and CT scan doctor said its a benign epithelial tumor...is it dangerous?

Benign tumor in hard palate is not dangerous but it will surely increase in size. Its very easy to excise and close the defect when its small and will become difficult when its bigger in size. My advise would be to get it excised as early as possible
