  4. Tummy stomach. Its make any dangerous?

Hi sir/mam I am suffering from big tummy stomach I am 6 feet height and my weight is 70 kg it's normal but I have only fat at stomach areas (abdominal area) , since I am suffering from Anxiety disorder last 5 months I treated with psychiatrists medication , lockdown+medication side effects makes this big tummy pls guide me its make any dangerous?
