Tummy fat and weakness
I am a fitness coach and prefer working out daily... Have a slight muscular build but the only drawback is the tummy fat... Despite being an active fitness guy I am unable to get rid of the tummy fat. Also my arms feel too weak for excessive training which becomes another drawback in my active lifestyle. Kindly guide me what should I do...

Hi Have plenty of fibre rich foods. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have your dinner early and keep it light  Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

For tummy fat loss early dinner before 6pm. After 6pm only try to take liquid diet. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition diet plan. Contact me through practo direct consultation for further information.
