I am a fitness coach and prefer working out daily...
Have a slight muscular build but the only drawback is the tummy fat...
Despite being an active fitness guy I am unable to get rid of the tummy fat.
Also my arms feel too weak for excessive training which becomes another drawback in my active lifestyle.
Kindly guide me what should I do...

Have plenty of fibre rich foods.
Drink plenty of water everyday.
Have your dinner early and keep it light
Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar
