Trying to concieve
I am 32 year old trying to conceive, in 2024 I did HSG The tubes were normal and I have conceived with ovulation induction same year. Unfortunately I have lost my baby by 22 weeks and I have also gone through cervical cerlarge,
Now planning for conceive from 2025, five ovulation induction were done with PCOS history. And doctor has suggested me IUI this time. My question is that is there a chance of again block in tubes.
And also husband Semen analysis also came normal, my thyroid level shows that 3.000 which was done in november 2025 and doctor told it's a normal range still,
you can try for it for pregnancy.
Docter have suggested to take folic acid,. E- fert- fortre and fertisure fem
Pls do suggest me

After 5 cycles, moving to IUI is the right next step

There is no harm in getting a tubal patency test( hsg or sis or hycosy) before iui treatment.
But if semen analysis is normal, no problem with intercouse & ovulation was positive in your previous 5 cycle of ovulation induction.
Best option is ivf treatment.

Since your HSG was normal earlier, chances of tubes getting blocked again are low unless there was infection or surgery after that. IUI is a good next step, especially with PCOS. Your thyroid level is within acceptable range for conception. Continue the prescribed supplements and follow your doctor’s plan. Also discuss cervical support (like cerclage) early in the next pregnancy.

Unlikely to have Tubal block
U can get IUI done
Along with this treatment, manage stress levels , have good nutrition and lifestyle changes

Ovulation induction and IUI are usefull adjuncts in helping women get pregnant, especially thise who have PCOS .
However not eveyone with PCOS needs to go that far . Doctors usually start with lifestyle advice , basic supplementation , cycle regularisation if necessary, and gradually go up the treatment ladder.
The supplements you are taking are perfect for those trying to concieve , and you must continue them .
Thyroid levels are normal
Your tubes did not have blockage last year either , so you shouldn't worry about that now .
Do consult with your gynaec to discuss the next next step for you . Feel free to ask her/him your doubts and concerns .
Last but not the least , I would urge you to just relax , let your body take the time it needs . You went through a lot last year , so allow your health - body and mind both - to heal.
A calm, content and relaxed state of mind .. allows our hormones also to calm down into the nurturing mode for motherhood .
So don't worry , your are only 32yrs and have time on your side .
