If there is involvement of the uterus or in other words there is uterine Tuberculosis in that case you can expect a damage to the tubes leading to block.
You should try atleast for an year before getting any treatment for infertility.
Stress is one of the common factors causing delay in pregnancy so you should focus on positive things. If you are not able to conceive in a year you can consult an infertility specialist.
HSG test is done to check your fallopian tubes patency. You can try for natural conception in case if you don’t want to do any tests now. In case if you are not able to conceive naturally then the test as advised by infertility specialist to be followed. For further assistance connect for detailed consultation
Yes you can get pregnant. HSG must have been advised to see if your fallopian tubes are normal or blocked
But its better to follow doctor’s guidance and advice.

If you have started trying 1 month back only you can relax for now and try for another 5-6 months naturally without worrying about anything. If still unable to conceive then consult a doctor.. all investigations need to be done afterwards only
