I am trying to conceive from past 6 months. All the reports are ok. Egg size is also good (25mm at time of rupture) as detected by TVS. But due to tight foreskin of penis of my husband we have to use lubricant. Till now we were using lubic gel as lubricant but unable to conceive. Do these lubricant have any impact on sperm? Now we are thinking to try conceive plus. Is it fertility friendly? Or kindly suggest some fertility friendly lubricant.

All lubricants are hostile towards sperms. So using the lubricating itself may be a reason.
I suggest you should try for IUI. For long term treatment your husband should consult with a General Surgeon for surgical treatment of tight foreskin.
