Trying to conceive
I am 1 and half year married and trying to conceive from 9 months with treatment i am suffering from pcod problem can i conceive naturaly with this problem or not.

Yes you can...but you need to take medications and have to fallow strict diet...You should decrease carbohydrate intake, take foods made-up of whole grains like whole wheat bread, Decrease fat intake and increase protein content. Take high fiber diet, fruits, vegetables but avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes. Take plenty of water avoid sugar drinks....Consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.

PCOD is a condition associated with frequent anovulation if not persistent. Strict lifestyle modification including weight as well as waist loss can help you to ovulate and conceive if other parameters are normal. If lifestyle modification does not lead to ovulation, PCOS responds well to Ovulation inducing agents and leads to conception. See a fertility specialist who will surely help you out.
