Trisomy 21
Iam 20 weeks.my quadruple test showed 1:201 increased risk.doctor adviced for amniocentesis.but i didn't do. Bcoz my friend told to repeat test.again the result  trisomy 21 is 1:890 is test correct or my baby at risk.pl advice

Rapid prenatal diagnosis of trisomies using AmnioPCR is conclusive You should have done amniocentesis 1 week after QMT test.
