Hello dear patient such high triglycerides levels may cause cardiovascular problems. So at your level of reports you need to take medications. Also you need to reduce intake of saturated fats. Pretty high value , high enough to warrant to warrant initiation of meds with immediate effect . Life style and dietary changes are important but the need of the hour is meds to reduce TGL .

You would require medications for such reading, but would require to see your whole lipid profile. The following lifestyle changes must be taken: - Exercise regularly(Preferably High Intensity Interval Training which would be an effective cardio work out) - Reduce weight and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI. - Avoid sugar treats, fatty food, oily and deep fried food items. - Have food items such as fish(rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon), flax seeds, garlic, foods rich in soluble fiber. - Eliminate trans fats from your diet - Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter Try and apply the lifestyle changes along with consumption of the tablet for your condition.
