Tremors are seen due to anxiety as well. Online forum isn't the right place to suggest medicines. I would suggest a follow-up with your psychiatrist for change in medicines.
Next Steps
Follow up with your psychiatrist

Hi tremors can be due to anxiety. Sometimes OCD and tremors could be part of a Neuropsychiatric condition. We need to understand which type of tremor you suffer from. Alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and medicines all affect tremors.
Next Steps
consult a Psychiatrist
Health Tips
try to relax and meditate. avoid excessive caffeine and smoking tobacco. discuss with your family to see if anyone suffers from tremors

Mild tremors usually won't require any urgent medications unless they remain for prolonged periods and getting exaggerated over time. If they are moderate to severe enough to hamper your fine acts and daily activities, the offending drug must be lowered in dose as quickly as possible and even to be stopped if needed and shifted to another drug with low tremors causing profile. You need to consult your psychiatrist as soon as possible. Also more details will be required about your ongoing drugs , nature of tremors and for your physical assessment to rule out other organic causes of tremors apart from medications.
Health Tips
Word of caution - if you have high grade fever, nausea, vomitting, confusion or any other symptoms along with tremors...please contact your consultant as quickly as possible. Never delay it.
