Sir when i keep my hands in front then the fingers of my hands tremble or shakes by own . So i was also given TR in navy medical due to this. So tell me its cure

Have u joined navy some time before n r u new with schedule of discipline n hard work. Then continue strengthening exercises of all the muscles of hands. Or u might b feeling some nervousness there. This can b the reason of it. N if still it’s there then better to talk to the Neuro surgeon
