Best treatment is : 1. Visit an allopathic dermatologist near you and understand what topical medicines will help in maintaining your hair 2. Modifying lifestyle : sleep on time 10 pm , wake up early, 60 min exercise and go to a nutritionist for a healthy and balanced diet . 1. And 2. go hand in hand...without 2. a dermatologists treatment usually shows less response. There is no quick fix solution for hair problems no matter what is said in tv commercials and advertisements.
