Travel by train in week 24(gestation)
Hi, My wife is in week 24 (gestation) pregnant now. We are planning to travel by train(1AC) 22hrs journey due to urgency. Placenta in week13 was extended upto internal os and in Anamoly scan done in week22 found placenta moved up to 24mm away from internal os. Can she travel if all precautions (walk, hydration, body movement) during the journey taken? No other complications. Requesting for any sound advice. Thank you

Better to avoid, because journey time is almost one full day, if cannot avoid, have to be on progesterone supplements and uterine relaxants, consult your doctor before travel, take all necessary prescriptions and then travel.
