High blood pressure occasionally is not the issue always. However lots of factors affects your blood pressure so better ruled out them first by visiting nearby ayurveda consultant. Regarding food, Have your regular meal, but avoid excess ( this parameter is defined by your regular workout, prakriti, and thus the requiremnt) intake of salt, fermented items, water, and sour items. Along with that your food intake methods also affects a lot on your physiology. So please those causes searched out. Regards.

Medicine can not be suggested without a check up. We need to find the root cause and suggest medicine accordingly. Food modifications  also depend a lot on that. Still,you have to reduce salt intake, extra sodium,oily and fried food and stress.
