Homeopathic treatment to strengthen the immune system, not only do our children enjoy a better level of health than their peers, but they also  recover faster and are less exhausted than when solely on conventional medication.
Health Tips
Have three main meals a day, including protein and colourful vegetables, helps prevent nutrient deficiencies and boost immunity. Foods rich in zinc include lean meats, egg yolks, pumpkin/ sunflower seeds and nuts. Foods rich in vitamin C include papayas, kiwis, dark leafy greens (also a source of calcium), broccoli and bell peppers. Remember to eat breakfast, as it's the best way to start the day.

In order to boost your kids immunity give her a good diet and avoid processed food items in her diet like chips , cold drinks Give your kid wholesome food ,fruits and vegetables the food should be cooked properly and fruits should be washed properly so that no bacteria or toxins go along with it inside the body The diet should be rich in probiotic foods ,currently if your kid faces problem of gastritis diahorrea u can give probiotic sachet curd can also be given provided it is fresh and not refrigerated or sour . Your kid should not be exposed to extremes of temperature as it weakens the immunity . Once the winter sets in take your kid and sit in the sun during the day that will also boost the immunity
