Consult with a dentist

Dolo 650 can be taken. However it is possible to do dental treatment even though she is breastfeeding. Consult a dentist to do the needful as the painkiller will only suppress the pain for sometime

Hello mam, Paracetamol is the safest drug, other drugs like ibubrufen can also be taken but under the supervision after checking how much dosage can be taken . For now can use paracetamol after consulting a dentist proceed with the further medicine and treatment.

Paracetamol is the safest pain killer but still must be used under a doctor's supervision.
Next Steps
She should speak to her gynaecologist and then start medication. Depending on the issue, part of dental treatment can also be started to relieve pain so she doesn't have to keep taking the medication for long.
