Toothless 1 yr old
My daughter is one yr old n toothless yet. Paediatrician has recommended caldikind daily 5ml since a week.is it a cause for concern? She drinks bmilk and hardly takes formula. However consumes solids juices aswell...pls advice..thanks

It's ok not to have teeth till one year of age . Wait for 6 months more . If still there is no progress may be we need to perform minor surgical procedures to guide tooth eruption .

It's not something to be worried about as of now. But to be on a safer side you can get a small iopa X-ray done. To rule out any congenital problem. Regards Dr. Amit chhillar

hello visit a pedodontist and get it checked.tooth eruption takes place a little late in indian babies.if possible give her a carrot to bite on.
