Toothache has an underlying cause. Either infection of the tooth nerve(pulp) or abscess in gums. Please get yourself evaluated clinically by a dental surgeon and get the required treatment. Meanwhile you can use Tab. Ketorol DT twice a day after food, as an emergency pain killer. But get the treatment asap.
Next Steps
In addition to pain, a priority is to save your tooth so go for the treatment immediately
Health Tips
Prescribed pain killer will only reduce the pain for limited time. Actual pain can only be controlled on proper treatment.

Tooth pain can be due to caries with or without pulp exposure. This dentist will confirm by taking IOPA X-ray. If this is without pulp exposure the dentist will do the restoration of that tooth .If it is exposing pulp then dentist will do RCT of that tooth.
Next Steps
You can take:- Tab Flemiclav 625 mg twice daily for 5 days Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5 days Cap Cobadex forte once daily for 5 days
Health Tips
Consult dental surgeon as soon as possible.
