Toothache,little swelling n pain of gums
Since 4 days,my husband is having toothache( cannines) right side with gum above them swelling with pain

Get an examination and x ray done...there may be two reasons as you described your condition... 1. Decay - which has lead to pain and swelling because of abscess 2. Periodontal (gum) - due to calculus or gingival (gum) recession or pocket formation could be dere which has lead to gingival abscess...
