Hi,Please visit a dentist to find out the cause for your sensitive teeth which may be because of vigorous brushing ,gum problem, excessive soft drink intake or acidity.Meanwhile use a mouthwash or paste to reduce sensitivity. If you have already white teeth please do not go for teeth whitening procedures as they may aggravate your existing sensitivity.
Visit a dentist who will take care of your sensitivity problem first . Do not go ahead with bleaching / whitening immediately when your sensitivity is not addressed and resolved . Once the diagnosis and treatment of sensitivity is done , then we can think about bleaching later . Till then a strict no for bleaching altogether .
