Bleeding Gums is not a disease itself
Infact it is a sign, for the possibility of wide range of underlying localized diseases ranging from mild gingivitis to more advanced stage of periodontitis..
It may also occur in some systemic problems like Leukemia, Vitamin defficiencies , bleeding disorders like low platelet count. etc..
SO IT IS BETTER TO VISIT A DENTIST WHO WILL DIAGNOSE IT PROPERLY & WILL TREAT ACCORDINGLY.

Ur hv mentioned gum bleeding , visit d dentist and assess the status of infection... if it's in early stage I need prophylactic cleaning if the condition is severe then I need to go for other treatment option. It's better to visit dentist and seek opinion

Gum bleeding is one of the early symptoms of gum disease(gingivitis/periodontitis)....in other term pyorrhoea...it should be treated in early stages otherwise it will lead to mobility and other complications of the tooth...since it is silent killer and rarely causes discomfort like pain, so many neglect the bleeding...one should show to the dentist preferably specialist like 'periodontist' and get the treatment in early stages...treatment starts from simple cleaning to surgical procedure in later stages...after removal of local cause medicinal remedy like tablets and vitamin B complex with vit C and regular follow up will help you maintain the gum health....regards...keep smiling

Simple remedy to stop bleeding is to visit dentist , undergo thorough examination, find out exact cause and get treatment done , after that proper oral hygiene maintainance is required, like more fibrous food in diet, brushing twice in a day, can have fruits rich in vitamine C (search google for list). Take according to your choice

As you haven't stated the problem clearly, better to visit a dentist once to check on gum's health and may require a scaling depending on the condition. Usually for gum bleeding, vitamin C supplement fruits has to be taken after oral prophylaxis.
